Growing up, I was the messy kid. My cupboards were chaotic, my desk was covered in unfinished projects, and my idea of tidying often involved hiding things where nobody could see them.
Then something changed. As a teenager, I became fascinated by organisation. I started creating systems, finding places for things and figuring out how spaces could work better.
Years later, after being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, it finally made sense. The systems I had built weren't about being organised. They were survival tools. They helped me reduce overwhelm, stay focused and create calm in the middle of chaos.
Today, I use those same principles to help other ADHD individuals and families create homes that truly support the way they live.
