Before you arrive, we plan the rough layout and what each space needs to do.
Arrival audit
Once you're in, we walk the home and adjust the plan to the real space.
Box triage
We sort boxes by destination room and priority, so urgent items come first.
System design
Where things live is decided once, deliberately, not by which box happened to be open.
Unpack & implement
Boxes are emptied directly into the new systems. Storage and labels go up the same day.
Settle-in support
Follow-up after a few weeks to refine anything that isn't working in real life yet.

Habits in homes are sticky. Once a family has been in a house for three months, the patterns are set, even when those patterns are bad. Moving is the rare window where every habit is up for re-design. Drop zones can land in the right place from day one. Kids' routines can be built around new storage instead of old battles. Mornings can be shaped before they ever go wrong. We use that window deliberately.
Built for international families
Many of my clients are arriving from another country, often with kids, often during the first weeks of a new job or school. The mental load is enormous. I take ownership of the home so you can focus on the parts only you can do: paperwork, schools, jobs, language, the rest of life. Sessions are run in English. I'm familiar with how Portuguese homes are typically laid out and the storage challenges that come with apartments and townhouses in this region.

Can you help if I haven't moved yet?+
Yes. Pre-move decluttering and planning is one of the highest-impact ways we can work together.
Do you coordinate with movers?+
On request, yes, pointing movers to the right rooms on arrival, advising on box labelling, and managing on-arrival logistics.
Is this only for expats?+
No, but a lot of our work in this area is with international families. The service is the same for any household relocating to or within the Lisbon area.
