A workspace that supports focus, not one that fights it.
Focus-friendly home office and workspace design for professionals, entrepreneurs and remote workers. Less visual noise, less friction, more deep work.

Working from home can be a gift and a challenge all in one neat package. With or without ADHD, your environment is doing half the work, or half the sabotage.
I help overwhelm-prone professionals and entrepreneurs in Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra restructure their workspace into a deep focus hub.
Whether your workspace is a dedicated room, a corner of the bedroom or a kitchen-table operation, we can organise it so you stop fighting it.
Sound familiar?
- —You can't start work until the desk is clear, but you never clear it.
- —Notifications, papers and tabs are all competing for attention.
- —Important items live in piles 'so you don't forget them', and you forget them anyway.
- —Cables. Endless cables.
- —By 3pm you can't focus and you don't know why.
- —You're between three setups and none of them work.

Why our workspaces fail
Most home offices are organised once, then quietly degrade. With ADHD, that degradation is faster because the cost of putting things back is higher than the brain's available energy. We design around that reality. Surfaces stay clearer because there are fewer surfaces. Items live where they're used, not where they look best. Cables are managed once and never again. Visual cues do the remembering for you.
Designed for the work, not the photo
I don't believe in beautiful workspaces that don't function. We start from your real tasks: what you do every day, what you do weekly, what you do once a quarter. We design storage, surfaces and paper systems around that. The photo at the end is a side effect, not the goal.
If you also have a partner, kids or pets…
Most home offices are not really private. We design for the real environment, including the family member who sometimes sits on your keyboard. That means containment, quick-tidy systems and visual boundaries that protect focus without requiring a fight.
Frequently asked
Will I need to buy new furniture?+
Usually not. Most workspaces improve dramatically with what you already have, plus a few targeted additions.
I share the space with a partner. Can you work with both of us?+
Absolutely. Shared workspaces are one of my favourite project types.

Book a discovery call. We'll talk about your home, your family and what's been getting in the way. Then we design systems that actually stick.
